The cottage is only a short distance off the A259 between Pevensey (Eastbourne) and Little Common (near Bexhill). The distance from Battle is 6 miles.

Historic towns, castles, vineyards, Glynebourne (Lewes) is 20 mins away, gardens, farms, theatres, beaches and golf courses surround the area. If you enjoy walking then the South Downs and the Weald are yours to explore. Shorter, local walks directly from the cottage.

Two good local pubs serving the local Harveys brew, and good food.
