It's only a 7 minute walk from the house to the award winning Blue Flag beach, and the famous Swanage Steam Railway is 5 minutes away.
We offer a high level of accommodation with ensuite bathrooms, flat screen televisions with FreeView, fridges, safes, hairdriers, and refreshment making facilities. We also include a full English breakfast using locally sourced produce. |

| We have five rooms; five with ensuite shower rooms and one with private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower two steps from the bedroom.
Our rooms consist of:
Burgundy Room - Family Room for two adults and one child; or triple room. This room has a private bathroom with bath and shower two steps from the bedroom. Dressing gowns and slippers will be provided.
Blue Room - Super king or Twin beds with ensuite shower room.
Balcony Room - Double room with ensuite shower room and private balcony overlooking the garden.
Room at the Top I - Double room with ensuite shower room.

| Directions |
We are located opposite the Police Station in Argyle Road which is a road off Kings Road West. If you are travelling from Wareham, take the third road on the right after the "Welcome to Swanage" sign and follow the road past Jewsons. The road will bend the left down a hill and then to the right. Argyle Road is the first road on the right, opposite the Police Station.
If you are travelling via the Swanage ferry, the road will take you along the beach. Take the first road on the right after Walrond Road into Victoria Avenue and then the first left at the traffic lights into Rempstone Road. There is a roundabout at the end of this road. Take the second exit into Kings Road West. Drive past the Post Office on your left and the Co-Op on your right. Argyle Road is the second road on your left after the Co-Op.
